Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skill
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy effectively.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed business decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and driving change.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including but not limited to, CRM systems, market research tools, and project management software.
