As a Cabinetry Design Coordinator at Zuern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all sales to customers are accurately processed in the following manner, processing all requests for quotations and orders to include data entry, scheduling, and communicating with customers, vendors, cabinetry design and sales specialists, and fellow co-workers.

A typical day in the role includes the following tasks:

1. Creating estimates for the customer
2. Setting up job files
3. Creating purchase orders and ordering products
4. Communicating with designer and/or customer on status of orders
5. Scheduling deliveries and payment method
6. Act as primary point of contact for customers in the showroom
7. Assuming delegated administrative tasks (scheduling deliveries, entering orders) in an effective manner
8. Problem solving and handling a number of tasks with flexibility and adaptability to change based on current needs
9. Keeping literature, samples and showroom clean and up-to-date

Requirements

1. Experience in administrative duties and cabinetry design or construction experience preferred
2. Passion for design (i.e. interiors, colors, styles) preferred
3. High attention to details and strong organizational skills
4. Requires problem solving skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel
6. Mathematical skills required to add, subtract, multiply, divide
7. Great customer service skills are a must, customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
8. Requires great oral and written communication skills in order to interact with employees and clients
9. Willingness to work with a team
10. Requires travel for trainings
