We are currently seeking a full time Warehouse Material Handler & Delivery Driver at our Madison location. This role offers the right candidate the potential to develop new skills with career advancement opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

1. Loading of materials to be delivered.
2. Load customer orders that are processed from inside sales counter.
3. Receiving product delivered from vendors.
4. Stock and maintain product in bins.
5. Put away stock and special order returns.
6. Organize, stock and maintain warehouse.
7. Basic housekeeping. ie: sweep aisles, straighten piles, pick up scraps.
8. Care of product against damage.
9. Attention to safety procedures at all times.
10. Taking out deliveries .
11. Attention to detail and accuracy in loading the correct product.
12. Lock up warehouse at the end of each day.
13. Other duties upon request by a manager/owner.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Valid driver's license with good driving record.
2. Forklift certification required
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Ability to lift and carry 25 to over 100 pounds on a consistent basis with the ability to twist and bend. Possible weight of 125 pounds and over at times.
5. Alert, focused and detail-oriented.
6. Basic reading, writing comprehension and math skills required.
7. Physically and mentally fit
8. Self starter who works well independently as well as the ability to work well with others when needed
9. Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
