We are looking for a Zone Sales Manager - Automotive Refinish to join our team in the West.
The Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence within the Zone by managing a team of Technical Representatives and Business Development Managers. This role oversees deal creation and submission processes, handles internal financial requests, and ensures seamless execution of operational strategies. Acting as a key partner to the Zone Sales Manager, the Operations Manager supports customer engagement, distributor relationships, and internal alignment to deliver superior service and achieve business objectives. Additionally, the Operations Manager will partner with sales leadership and Human Resources to proactively manage all levels of team performance to continue driving growth.

Surventis is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
