The Key Purpose of this role is to provide, manage and monitor a monthly a long-term imports and exports plan linking the o9 CONA output for Southern Countries and develop an executable plan to be handed off to the IMEX execution team. DOC & Inventory monitoring and communication to country planning & Commercial leads, Link between IMEX execution, planning & supply. Accountable for understanding and communication of pricing on international brands.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Publish a monthly 12 month IMEX plan with sign off from the CONA teams and Planning Manager
  • Weekly interaction and amendment of plan where necessary through collaboration with WSNP team -
  • Working in close collaboration with the IMEX execution team to ensure communication flows to countries on any risks or opportunities.
  • SPOC for international import and export team – compiling total demand into one clear ask to international (global) stakeholders
  • Accountable to ensure correct & accurate International Transfer pricing sign off and communication to ROA commercial and country lead
  • Ensure accurate demand plans are published through collaboration with demand planning teams and in-country commercial teams with the focus on correct inventory levels and planning according to the Inventory policy
  • Presentation in monthly supply review by country & Exec S&OP updates as required
  • Monitoring and managing shipment status of international brands like Corona, Stella Artois with clear communication on any delays or pricing impacts
  • Work closely with Zone Planning team to follow up on Production Plan changes and re plan to recover backlog order volumes.
  • Identify and support Planning optimization projects in alignment with the international team
  • Building & developing clear and accurate reporting to serve as communication to country directors & BUSE president
  • Manage inventory levels of import and export SKU’s between South Africa and ROA countries ensuring Planning Lead (Line manager) has clear visibility to sign off and make decisions
  • Perform other duties as requested by the direct Line Manager.

  • Excellent analytical understanding and strong excel capabilities advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of information optimally with attention to detail
  • An orientation towards the quantitative disciplines of mathematics, statistics and economics would be advantageous

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate should have a 3-year Bachelor level with a preference to Supply Chain
  • A minimum of 2-year Planning required of which at least 18 months in AB-InBev. Preference to demand and/or finance experience
