About the Role
Zone General Manager (Zone GM) is the single-threaded owner of business performance within a designated zone. This role is accountable for defining and executing Zone Strategy and leading Zone Business Operations to achieve and exceed success metrics and also operates as the “CEO of the Zone,” with end-to-end ownership across business growth, operations, and ecosystem development.
About the Team
The zone team operates with a clear ownership structure, bringing together strategy and execution to drive business performance. Each zone is led by a Zone Lead, supported by a Zone Strategy Manager and a Zone Business Operations Manager.
The Zone Strategy Manager provides data-driven insights to shape strategic direction, while the Zone Business Operations Manager ensures strong execution on the ground and operational excellence. Together, the team works closely to translate strategy into tangible results in the market.
With full ownership of end-to-end performance, the team is accountable for how each zone grows, adapts, and delivers impact. Success depends on strong collaboration, clear direction, and the ability to respond effectively to dynamic market conditions.
