ZONE BUSINESS ANALYST – CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT SERVICES

We are looking for a Zone Business Analyst with strong business analysis skills, effective stakeholder communication, and experience translating market needs into scalable digital solutions to join our Consumer Engagement Services team.

The role:

The Zone Business Analyst acts as the primary interface between markets and the global CES team, ensuring business needs are captured, prioritized, translated into clear requirements, and delivered through scalable solutions. The role combines business analysis, project delivery, governance, and adoption leadership, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud / Engage OMNI as the core platform.

What you’ll do:

As a Zone Business Analyst, you will work closely with CES markets, product owners, technical teams, and global stakeholders to drive efficient delivery, strong governance, and adoption of CES solutions across the zone.

  • Act as the main point of contact between the zone markets and the global CES team, answering market questions and escalating when needed.
  • Gather, analyze, prioritize, and refine market requirements for Engage OMNI and related CES capabilities, ensuring they are ready for technical assessment and delivery.
  • Lead zone governance routines, including regular market calls, monthly updates, escalation reviews, and communication of product enhancements.
  • Support product rollouts in the zone, including global integrations such as WhatsApp, Magento, CIAM, messaging channels, and future CES capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and technical teams to assess feasibility, estimate effort, and align on delivery approach.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, training materials, and end-user guidance to support adoption and change management.
  • Track market requests and follow up on open items to ensure progress, visibility, and timely resolution across the zone.

What will make you a great fit?

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, business administration, computer science, digital technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in IT or digital transformation environments.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, prioritizing, and refining business requirements with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud or CRM / customer engagement platforms, ideally in a global or multi-market context.
  • Salesforce System Admin certification.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage business and IT stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Are familiar with Agile ways of working, backlog refinement, RICE prioritization, Jira, or similar delivery practices.
  • Have experience supporting global rollouts, change management, user training, or documentation for digital products.
