Job Purpose: Develop, deliver and manage the training process in the respective regions for all internal and external stakeholders, including franchisees and their staff. The role covers Training Needs Identification (TNI), Training Needs Assessment (TNA), programme and content development, delivery through testing, piloting and execution, assessments, and feedback.

  1. Process, Functional and Developmental Training
  • Deliver training programmes for employees, channel partners and their staff.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer programmes as and when required.
  1. Training Needs Assessment
  • Conduct periodic functional and process training needs assessments in consultation with functional managers.
  1. Content Development
  • Develop and periodically update functional training content in consultation with functional managers and subject-matter experts.
  • Tailor behavioral and soft skills content as per identified training needs.
  • Validate content in vernacular languages wherever required.
  1. Training Budget
  • Prepare the annual training budget in consultation with Head Office and the Region and obtain sign-off.
  • Monitor the training budget quarterly and ensure its effective and optimal utilization.
  1. Assessments and Training Impact
  • Prepare and conduct post-training Level 1 assessments, certification assessments and specified pre-training assessments.
  • Collate, analyze and publish results, and recommend the way forward.

Education : Postgraduate qualification from a reputed university. Certification from reputed training programmes will be an added advantage.
