Job Description

To lead Branch Banking business performance across the zone through business growth, profitability management, customer experience enhancement, portfolio quality monitoring, operational governance and regulatory compliance to achieve strategic business objectives and sustainable growth.

• Drive achievement of zonal business targets across CASA, Term Deposits, Third-Party Products, fee income and overall branch profitability.
• Develop and execute zonal business strategies to improve market share, customer acquisition, portfolio growth and business performance.
• Monitor branch productivity, profitability, business growth and service quality metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, operational controls, audit standards and risk management frameworks across all branches within the zone.
• Drive portfolio quality, monitor credit and risk parameters and ensure adherence to approved governance standards.
• Enhance customer experience and ensure achievement of service quality standards and timely grievance resolution.
• Build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth customers, key stakeholders and business communities to support business growth.
• Drive cross-sell initiatives and support execution of sales campaigns, marketing programs and business development activities.
• Lead workforce planning, employee development, succession planning and talent management initiatives across the zonal branch network.
• Collaborate with Regional Heads, Branch Managers and support functions to ensure achievement of business, operational, and customer service objectives.

Experience: 15 to 20 years
