  • Drive Ethical Growth & Market Leadership
    Deliver on sales and market share objectives by executing strategic market development and field marketing initiatives, while consistently demonstrating Our Credo values—putting patients, customers, and healthcare professionals first and acting with integrity in every interaction.

  • Customer-Centric Engagement & Clinical Value Delivery
    Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders through impactful, customer- and patient-focused product presentations, scientific discussions, and professional education programs, ensuring alignment with clinical evidence and responsible promotion standards

  • Account, Tender & Territory Excellence
    Effectively manage key accounts, tenders, and contracts across the assigned territory, optimizing business outcomes within budget while ensuring full adherence to Healthcare Compliance (HCC) policies, pricing governance, and ethical tendering practices

  • Operational Discipline & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Partner seamlessly with logistics, supply chain, and internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, timely order fulfillment, and superior customer experience, while maintaining accurate documentation and audit-ready processes in line with compliance requirements

  • Insight-Driven Performance & Continuous Improvement
    Deliver high-quality sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to enable informed decision-making; proactively identify opportunities and risks, and act with accountability, transparency, and a continuous improvement mindset aligned with J&J leadership expectations
