The ZOHO UI/UX Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces and experiences across business applications. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with user expectations.

• Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences within the ZOHO ecosystem.
• Create intuitive, efficient, and visually engaging application workflows that improve user interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Develop prototypes, wireframes, and interface concepts using modern design tools.
• Customize and enhance applications using ZOHO Creator, ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Desk, and related platforms.
• Apply front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ZML, and ZOHO Canvas to create responsive experiences.
• Ensure designs align with usability principles, business objectives, and technical capabilities.
• Identify user experience challenges and propose creative, practical solutions.
• Maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, and attention to detail across interfaces.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong UI/UX design capabilities with technical expertise in ZOHO applications and front-end technologies. They should be comfortable working independently while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

• Proven experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for digital applications.
• Strong proficiency with ZOHO Creator, ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Desk, and other ZOHO applications.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ZML, and ZOHO Canvas.
• Experience using prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong UI/UX design portfolio demonstrating creativity, usability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and create user-friendly solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design concepts and decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming design challenges.
• Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus.
• UI/UX design or ZOHO development certification is an advantage.
