As a Zoho Reseller, you will be instrumental in driving sales and implementation of Zoho solutions across diverse industries, ensuring clients achieve maximum ROI from their investments in Zoho CRM, Zoho Accounting, and related products. You will leverage deep expertise in Zoho’s ecosystem to guide prospects from discovery through implementation, while also maintaining strong post‑sale relationships that encourage upsell and renewal opportunities. Your role will encompass both strategic outreach and hands‑on technical support, blending business acumen with a passion for technology. Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Identify and engage prospects through targeted outreach, networking events, and digital marketing campaigns
• Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored Zoho solutions that align with business goals
• Customize and configure Zoho CRM and Zoho Accounting for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Deliver training sessions and create user documentation to empower clients to maximize platform value
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues, escalating complex problems to relevant teams
• Track and analyze sales metrics, adjusting strategies to meet quarterly targets and revenue goals
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide client feedback that shapes future feature enhancements
• Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals to secure long‑term partnerships
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging Zoho product features
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 5+ years of experience in regional B2B SaaS solution sales, preferably with Zoho or similar platforms
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive marketplace
• Advanced proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Accounting, and integration capabilities with third‑party applications
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities, comfortable speaking to C‑level executives
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and adept at managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams
• Familiarity with customer success methodologies and post‑implementation retention strategies
• Licensure or certification in Zoho, Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms is a plus
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
