  Develop and maintain third-party integrations using APIs and webhooks

  Customize Zoho modules, layouts, and processes based on business requirements

  Automate complex business workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks

  Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks

  Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Requirements

• 
  Strong hands-on experience with Zoho ecosystem (end-to-end knowledge)
• 
  Expertise in Deluge scripting for custom functions and automation
• 
  Experience with Zoho CRM customization and advanced workflows
• 
  Proven experience in integrating Zoho apps with each other
• 
  Experience with third-party integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
• 
  Ability to handle complex, non-standard business requirements (not just basic setups)
• 
  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
