Position: Zoho Consultant
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)
Experience Required: 3– 8 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Consultant to join our team at Indus Net Technologies The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Zoho suite implementation, customization, and consultation. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design workflows, and deliver efficient Zoho solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.

Implement, customize, and integrate Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and other Zoho One tools.

Develop automation, workflows, custom modules, dashboards, and reports based on client requirements.

Provide expert consultation on optimizing business processes through Zoho applications.

Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation support to users.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest Zoho features, integrations, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4 to 8 years of proven experience as a Zoho Consultant or similar role.

Strong understanding of Zoho One ecosystem and its inter-app functionalities.

Proficiency in creating custom functions using Deluge scripting

Experience in third-party API integrations with Zoho products.

Excellent analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Zoho Certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience working with global clients and diverse business domains.
