The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!
The Zip Line Guide position is responsible for ensuring all safety requirements are met and provide outstanding customer service at Wilderness Canyon Zip Line.
*Position begins training inside the resort at arcades/attractions and will move to Zip Line Associate when the weather warms up.
This is a part- or full-time position with day, night and weekend availability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Required to ensure guests are properly fitted with correct harness and/or gear at each attraction.
• Zip Line Guides but be 18 years of age and fully complete training from a Wilderness Canyon Zip Line Trainer.
• Guides must attend monthly in-service dates.
• Guides must inspect the course they are working daily and fill out appropriate checklists for each attraction.
• Alert proper personnel when attractions are in need of repair.
• Keep ride/attraction area and surrounding areas clean.
• Follow all safety standards to include reporting any violation of standards.
• Will enforce posted rules for each attraction.
• Assist with lost and/or separated children.
• Cash handling skills may be required.
• Guide with interact with guests and direct them to the correct attraction.
• Above all ensures the safety of staff and guests.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
