Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more projects to support and coordinate the trouble-free startup of new products.
• Initiate and monitor a regular risk assessment and report the overall status of industrialization (internally and externally).
• Develop, validate and implement production concepts for new products drive MoB decision and derive investment requirements.
• Manage overall ramp-up phase of new products.
• Ensure project- and stakeholder management within the industrialization (e.g. product design, production, purchasing, SCM and quality) with deep technical knowledge.
• Steer the industrialization process by coordinating the project team of Launch Managers in the plant as well as all sub-projects managers and take responsibility for multiple locations and sub-systems.
• Take responsibility for the assigned budgets and agreed project goals (content, quality and adherence to deadlines) using methods that support results.
• Support application engineering / product design for production-oriented design layout.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for prototypes

Your Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Mechanics, Production Engineering
• 5 to 10 years
