Job Description

Responsible for handling customer queries via web chat and email, providing accurate product and service information, and maintaining up-to-date customer records. Escalates priority issues to the Team Leader or Operations Team and actively contributes to teammeetings.

Handle customer queries via web chat and email in a professional and courteous manner.• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the Team Leader when necessary.• Educate customers on products, services, and processes to ensure a positive experience.• Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to internal policies, procedures, and shift schedules.• Collaborate effectively within the team and consistently meet agreed KPIs and performance objectives
