Z Solutions GTM Manager — HP Z Boost, Centralized Compute & Core Workflow Solutions

The Z solutions GTM Manager is responsible for identifying and activating the ecosystem required to scale workflow solutions across HP Z Boost, centralized compute & core workflows. This role focuses on discovering the right SIs, ISVs, VARs, and platform partners, and working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Partner Business Managers, Business Development Managers, and Solutions Marketing to develop scalable solution blueprints, lighthouse account strategies, and customer use cases.

This role ensures HP Z Solutions are delivered as integrated workflow solutions that can be deployed, validated, and scaled across partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Ecosystem Identification & Activation

  • Identify priority SIs, ISVs, VARs, service providers, and workflow platform partners that accelerate adoption of Boost, centralized compute and core workstation workflow solutions

  • Partner with BDMs and Partner Business Managers to prioritize ecosystem investments and partner engagement

  • Drive alignment so HP Z Boost and HP Z solutions are embedded into partner solution stacks

Solution Blueprint Development

  • Work with Product Managers, Solutions Marketing, and partners to develop scalable workflow solution blueprints spanning HP Z workstations and centralized compute

  • Help define validated solution patterns that combine HP platforms with partner technologies

  • Translate field learnings into standardized solution frameworks partners can deploy

Lighthouse Account (LHA) Strategy & Scaling

  • Identify lighthouse accounts that represent high-value workflow transformation opportunities

  • Work with BDMs, sales, and partners to validate solution patterns within LHAs

  • Capture deployment insights and convert into repeatable customer use cases

  • Help prioritize which LHA patterns should scale across segments, verticals, and regions

Routes to Market Enablement

  • Support partner-led routes to market with SIs, VARs, service providers, and workflow specialists

  • Work with Partner Business Managers to operationalize solution delivery approaches

  • Enable partners with workflow positioning, blueprint guidance, and deployment narratives

  • Identify which partners are best suited to scale specific workflow patterns

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Act as the connective layer across Product Managers, Partner Business Managers, BDMs, and Solutions Marketing

  • Provide market feedback to Product Managers to inform roadmap and integration priorities

  • Ensure Solutions Marketing has clear inputs for workflow storytelling, launches, and vertical narratives

  • Align ecosystem strategy with field priorities and customer demand

Qualifications

Required

  • 6–10+ years in GTM, ecosystem strategy, solutions marketing, or partner roles in enterprise technology

  • Experience working with SIs, VARs, ISVs, or workflow platform partners

  • Experience documenting customer use cases and scalable solution patterns

  • Strong understanding of workstation workflows and/or centralized compute environments

  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with product, partnerships, and field teams

Preferred

  • Experience in workstation ecosystems (AEC, Media & Entertainment, Product Design, Simulation)

  • Background in centralized compute, remote workflows, or hybrid infrastructure

  • Experience working with lighthouse customers or strategic accounts

  • Familiarity with AI development workflows

  • Experience supporting partner-led scaling motions

The pay range for this role is$130,700to$205,200USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
