Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants and lodge.
How the Buildings and Grounds Technician works with the Team:
Responsible for day-to-day general maintenance of the resort, including but not limited to plumbing, electric, carpentry, and troubleshooting all systems.

- - - - Perform day to day general maintenance and repairs. (plumbing, electric, carpentry)
- - - - Maintain a safe working environment and practice a safe work philosophy
- - - - Work in all types of weather when needed
- - - - Work efficiently to accomplish department goals
- - - - Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems
- - - - Troubleshooting pumps and motors
- - - - Adheres to all safety regulations, local, state and federal codes
- - - - Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs on an occasional basis

- - - - Be available for after hours contact in the event of facility-oriented emergency
- - - - Be able to interact with other departments to accomplish resort objectives
- - - - Complete projects without direct supervision
- - - - Fix or replace faulty wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers.
- - - - Diagnose electrical problems using testing devices like multimeters and voltmeters.
- - - - Experience climbing telephone poles helpful
- - - - Make recommendations to address structural maintenance issues
