Job Summary

The SAP Program Manager will lead transformation initiatives within SAP environments, focusing on the successful delivery of SAP projects. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and experience in managing complex programs in multi-country settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end SAP implementations and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead SAP transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Oversee the development of S/4HANA migration roadmaps and integrated project plans.
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and negotiation.
• Direct global delivery teams across multiple functional and technical workstreams.
• Create and implement program controls for quality, resources, and risk management.
• Evaluate and recommend delivery approaches, including brownfield and greenfield strategies.
• Provide oversight on all stages of project delivery, from discovery to hypercare.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodologies and readiness activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP or ERP transformation and program delivery.
• Proven leadership in at least two end-to-end SAP implementations or major transformations.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA architecture.
• Experience in global, multi-country environments, particularly in sales and supply chain.
• Demonstrated ability to manage program controls related to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of sales & marketing, procurement, order-to-cash, and asset management processes.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, clean-core principles, and cloud/hybrid SAP operating models.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, SAFe, or comparable program-management certification.
• Understanding of integration platforms and RISE with SAP.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consulting position requiring up to 40 hours per week. We offer flexible core hours and a fully remote work environment. The initial contract duration is six months, starting from November 3, 2026.
