
Position: NetSuite Expert/ERP Integration Specialist
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: EST
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support NetSuite ERP integrations with Shopify and other business systems.
Assist in implementing and maintaining company's integrations and workflows
Monitor and troubleshoot ERP data synchronization and integration issues.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure smooth system connectivity.
Configure and optimize workflows between Shopify, NetSuite, and third-party platforms.
Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Provide technical support and recommendations for ERP process improvements.
Assist with documentation and integration best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP systems
Strong understanding of ERP integrations and workflow automation
Experience with Celigo integration platform is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Shopify-to-NetSuite integrations is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and projects independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience supporting B2B or operational e-commerce businesses is a plus.
