Young Professionals Program – Global HR Operations (French)

Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career in Human Resources? Join our 6-month Young Professional Program and gain hands-on experience in a global HR environment.

As a Global HR Operations Trainee, you will support key HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and HR administration while developing essential professional skills.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
• Graduation year between 2024 and 2026.
• Fluent in French, and English, written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High learning agility and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
