We're looking for someone who doesn't just know YouTube. We're looking for someone obsessed with growing it. We want someone excited by the challenge of turning 4,000 views into 40,000+ views. This isn't a maintenance role. This is a builder role.

What You'll Do

Own the growth of WarriorBabe's YouTube channel from strategy through execution. You'll partner closely with our content team while leading the overall YouTube strategy, ensuring every video has the highest possible chance of succeeding.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and own the YouTube growth strategy
• Build and manage the content calendar
• Research trending topics and audience interests
• Develop high-performing titles and thumbnails
• Analyze YouTube Analytics and identify opportunities for growth
• Optimize watch time, retention, click-through rate, and subscriber growth
• Brief editors on storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention
• Work with leadership to turn expertise into compelling YouTube content
• Continuously test new formats, hooks, series, thumbnails, and publishing strategies
• Stay ahead of YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

• Has successfully grown a YouTube channel before (please share examples)
• Thinks like both a strategist and a creator
• Loves digging into analytics just as much as creating content
• Understands storytelling, audience psychology, and what keeps people watching
• Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
• Wants to build something meaningful—not just maintain what's already there

Success Looks Like
In your first year, you'll help us:

• Significantly increase average video views
• Improve audience retention and watch time
• Grow subscribers consistently month over month
• Increase organic traffic and brand awareness
• Build repeatable systems for producing high-performing YouTube content

Experience in health, fitness, wellness, coaching, or personal brands is a HUGE plus.
