About the Role
As a Youth Mental Health Therapist, you’ll provide individualized, family-centered care using the WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) model. You’ll work closely with youth and families to build skills, overcome challenges, and create lasting change.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Develop assessments and personalized treatment plans
- Support youth with skill-building (social, emotional, behavioral)
- Track progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, care teams, and community partners
- Complete clinical documentation and case management tasks

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- 2+ years of experience working with individuals with mental health needs
- Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days
- Strong engagement skills with youth and families
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Experience with WISe or wraparound services
- LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A
