Role:
The Wellness Program Manager oversees the services offered by Wellness Connections Services (WCS) and staff. This position works directly with the program team to provide support, assistance, and leadership for carrying out multiple components of the Strategic Prevention Framework-Partnerships For Success (SPF-PFS) grant, consistent with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) initiatives. This project includes implementation of youth suicide and substance abuse prevention and early intervention strategies within schools, educational institutions, juvenile justice systems, substance use programs, mental health programs, foster care systems, and other youth-serving organizations. The Program Manager is a Licensed provider who provides counseling and therapy for clients to promote positive mental health and well-being. This position is a full-time grant funded position and is contingent upon renewal of the grant.

Minimum Requirements:
Driving Requirements: Valid driver's license free of occupational restrictions. Must be insurable with the Nation's insurance carrier.
Experience: Two years of related experience. Must have interest and knowledge of native lifestyle and culture.
Education: Master's Degree in social work, Human Services, counseling, or related field. Current KS BSRB license in one of the following: Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
