Time Off That Supports You

We know the best therapists thrive when they have time to recharge. Our comprehensive time off package begins on day one and includes up to 24 days of paid time off during your first year, plus 64 hours of sick time, and flexible schedules helping you maintain balance while doing meaningful work.

Your Role on Our Team:

• Deliver compassionate and trauma focused individual and family therapy to assigned youth.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans to address complex emotionally challenges and supporting skill development and pro-social behavior.
• Facilitate and lead monthly Child and Family Team meetings.
• Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders (families, CMO/DCPP staff, treatment home parents, and clinical team).
• Execute on-call responsibilities, including providing clinical consultation and participating in a rotating weekend schedule (approx. 6 times/year).

Qualifications

Bring Your Expertise to Our Team:

• Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Associate Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey.
• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
• Passion for person-centered, compassionate care
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Two years’ experience supporting children and youth
