Are you energetic, caring, and ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re hiring Male Youth Disability Support Workers in Enfield, SA to support a young male client who need positive role models in his everyday life.

Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport and foster engagement through shared activities
  • Assist with routines, learning, and community participation
  • Promote wellbeing, hygiene, nutrition, and social skills
  • Provide therapeutic, safe responses to behavioural escalation
  • Maintain household organisation and safety standards
  • Administer medications and complete shift reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and youth-focused communication
  • Ability to remain calm, confident, and solutions-focused
  • Reliability, integrity, and consistent professional boundaries
  • Physically capable of managing risk situations

What we're looking for:

  • Certificate III or higher in Disability, Youth Work, or Community Services
  • Experience supporting young people with behavioural or mental health challenges
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid South Australian Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
