MacKillop Family Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Out of Home Care team. In this role, you’ll support children and young people with complex needs within a therapeutic residential home environment.
As a Residential Youth Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stable, and nurturing home. You’ll respond to daily care and emotional needs while supporting young people to build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills.

This is an opportunity based throughout our Warrnambool region within our Out of Home Care Program. This position reports to the Residential House Supervisor.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
