<strong>Youth Multi-Brand Coach (Part-Time) — Soccer Stars • Amazing Athletes • TGA<br></strong><br>

<strong>The Role<br><br></strong>Help kids fall in love with sports!  You can choose to Coach with <strong>one brand/sport</strong> or train across <strong>all three brands</strong> for a higher pay tier.<br><br>

<strong>About the Brands<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Soccer Stars:</strong> Age-specific, non-competitive soccer classes for kids <strong>~1–12</strong> focused on skills, confidence, and socialization.  </li>
<li>
<strong>Amazing Athletes: JumpBunch </strong>is our Preschool/elementary <strong>multi-sport and fitness based </strong>program that promotes self-confidence and a life long passion for movement. <strong>Amazing Athletes P.E. </strong>is our <strong>traditional sports</strong> program for Elementary students that introduces the fundamentals of 10 traditional sports in a fun, non-competitive setting. Our <strong>SuperNinjas </strong>program is high action and teaches kids how to be everyday heroes!</li>

<strong>TGA Premier Sports:</strong> After-school and camp programs in <strong>golf, tennis, & pickleball</strong>, blending skill development with academics and life lessons; offered at schools, parks, and community centers in 6–10 week sessions.  </li>
<li>All three operate under <strong>Youth Athletes United</strong>.  <br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead upbeat, safety-first classes (30–60 min) using brand curricula.</li>
<li>Keep every child engaged, learning, and smiling—positive reinforcement is your default.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with parents and teammates; show up prepared and on time.</li>
<li>Embrace feedback and ongoing training to grow your craft.</li>
</ul><div><br></div><div><strong>When You’ll Work (approx. 5–15 hrs/week)</strong></div><div><br></div><ul>

<strong>Weekday mornings:</strong> Mon–Fri, 8:30–11:30 AM</li>
<li>
<strong>Weekday afternoons:</strong> Mon–Fri, 2:00–4:00 PM</li>
<li>
<strong>Weekend mornings:</strong> Sat–Sun, 8:30 AM–12:00 PM</li>
<li><strong>Must be available from now through fall 2025</strong></li>

<li>Big, outgoing energy and a genuine love for kids (comfortable with ages ~2–12).</li>
<li>Passion for youth sports: multi-sport, soccer,  golf, and/or tennis (one or all)—you bring the enthusiasm; we’ll train the rest.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation, US work authorization, and willingness to pass a background check.</li>
<li>Clear, friendly communicator who thrives on teamwork and feedback.<br><br>

<strong>Pay & Pathways<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>C1 (Coach Level 1):</strong> $19/hr</li>
<li>
<strong>C2 (Coach Level 2):</strong> $22/hr</li>
<li>
<strong>C3 (Coach Level 3):</strong> $25/hr</li>
<li>
<strong>C4+</strong>:  Pay, hours, and responsibilities increase</li>
<li>
<strong>Multi-Brand Coach:</strong> Higher pay within coaching tier available <strong>after cross-training & certification</strong> (details discussed during hiring).</li>
<li>End-of-season performance bonuses, paid training, referral rewards, and fast-track advancement for high performers.</li>
