Join Super Soccer Stars, where we bring the FUNdamentals of soccer to children ages 1–12 through engaging, curriculum-based classes. As a coach, you’ll laugh, play, and inspire—while helping kids build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, high-energy soccer classes for children ages 2–12
• Follow and deliver our proven, curriculum-based lesson plans
• Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment
• Use positive coaching to build confidence and skills
• Communicate with parents about their child’s progress
• Help set up, clean up, and manage equipment
• Participate in training sessions and team development
• Take on leadership responsibilities as you grow into a Lead Coach

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, etc.)
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a playful personality
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Must have availability on weekday mornings. Afternoons, and/or some weekends is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the program
• Ability to pass a background check and work in the U.S.
