We're currently looking for 3 energetic coaches to join our St. Louis team and lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8.
🌎 About Soccer Shots
Soccer Shots provides premier children's soccer experiences through weekly soccer sessions for kids ages 2–8 at preschools, childcare centers, and neighborhood parks.
We operate year-round, with seasonal programs including:
🍂 Fall
❄️ Winter
🌷 Spring
☀️ Summer
We're looking for candidates who:
✅ Already reside in the St. Louis metro area
✅ Can travel to locations throughout St. Charles County, including O'Fallon, St. Peters, and Lake St. Louis
✅ Can successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
✅ Can complete required fingerprinting through MOVECHS
✅ Ready to start training within 14 days of the interview
⚽ What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 using our proven Soccer Shots curriculum.
Your job is about much more than soccer!

No two classes are exactly the same — and that's what makes coaching so much fun!
Get hands-on training in our curriculum, coaching techniques, and best practices. No prior coaching experience is required.
You pick the schedule that works best for you.
Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility are available.
Earn $20–$30 per session (35 -40 mins), with opportunities for seasonal pay increases based on coaching performance.

You'll also need:
🚗 A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car

🎓 A high school diploma or equivalent
🔞 Be at least 18 years old for school-based locations
📋 Ability to successfully complete required background and clearance procedures

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Soccer Shots is an international franchise program that provides children ages two through eight with a developmentally appropriate soccer and character development experience under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced and licensed soccer coaches.
