Prince William Public Libraries (PWPL) is seeking two (2) organized, creative, and community-focused individuals to join the Youth Services Department at Montclair Library in Dumfries, Virginia.
The ideal candidates are collaborative team players with excellent customer service skills and a passion for serving children, teens, and their families. These individuals will bring creativity, enthusiasm, and a community-centered approach to developing engaging library services and programs for our younger patrons.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in library or information science
The position may require travel to other branches within the system. A DMV check will be conducted for employees who drive while on County business.
This is a full-time, exempt 37.5 hours per week position. Hours are scheduled Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The schedule includes days, one evening per week, and rotating weekends as assigned. Scheduling flexibility is imperative. Schedule may vary depending on the needs of the library.
Starting Salary Range:
$65,910.00 – 79,408.88 yearly
