We are looking for a talented Youth Program Attendant to join our team! In this role, you’ll play an important role in creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for our youngest members. You’ll support the daily activities of our youth program and may be asked to assist with additional tasks based on business needs. Above all, we’re looking for someone who brings passion, positivity, and behaviors that reflect our company values.

What you will do?

• Welcome parents and children, ensuring a warm, safe, and engaging experience.
• Support the daily operations of the Youth Program, including setup, supervision, activities, and closing duties.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe program spaces at all times.
• Supervise children of different ages, ensuring their wellbeing and following all child‑protection and safety policies.
• Assist with activities, group management, and individual support when needed.
• Communicate clearly with parents and report any safety, behavioral, or maintenance concerns.
• Follow operational checklists, guidelines, and club standards.
• Assist with youth program transportation when authorized (golf carts/vehicles).
• Support general club tasks and Outdoor Pursuits activities when required.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.

What are we looking for?

• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and contributing to their development.
• Experience in childcare, education, kids’ clubs, hospitality, or youth‑focused programs.
• Strong understanding of child safety, supervision, and emergency procedures.
• Valid driver’s license; First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to swim confidently; experience assisting with water activities is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with parents and children.
• Reliable, responsible, energetic, and calm under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing needs.
• Able to stand, move, lift equipment, and work both indoors and outdoors.
