Minister To the Next Generation

• Time Involvement/Compensation
  • Full-time position averaging 40 + hours/week
  • Salary determined at a fair/competitive rate
  • Vacation commensurate with C&MA policy for years of service

• Youth Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all Youth Ministries (5th - 12th grade)
    • Weekly Youth Group meetings
    • Teach or Oversee Sunday School Classes Identify and develop teen leaders
    • Initiate Discipleship opportunities for youth
    • Build relationships with young people and their families.
    • Coordinate all retreats (i.e. Life Conference)
  • Identify and Develop Adult Leadership for Next Generation Ministries
    • Develop our own training
    • OR Find Training for them to attend OR
    • Bring outside trainers to CAC for continuing education
  • Curriculum Research
    • Find an appropriate curriculum for each level of Next Generation Ministry that aligns with C&MA doctrine
• Innovate and initiate ministry opportunities for the college/young adult age group (i.e.18 30)
• Preach when called upon
• Assist the Lead Pastor with the overall ministry when possible
• Accountable directly to the Lead Pastor and to the Elders through the Pastor
