The Salvation Army Minot Corps is “Doing the Most Good” by providing holistic, person-centered services to individuals and families. In addition to worship services and pastoral care, the Corps offers services such as case management, food and clothing assistance, utility and housing support, and connections to community resources.
The Youth Ministries Director is responsible for developing and overseeing youth programming for individuals aged 0 to 29, fostering their spiritual, educational, relational, and personal growth This role includes planning and leading youth activities, increasing participation and engagement, and representing The Salvation Army in the community. The Director also supports worship and Christian education, assists with seasonal events and fundraising, and ensures fiscal responsibility for youth programs. Additionally, the role will require work on Sundays and Wednesday evenings, the building is closed on Fridays.
