Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme in SEB Bank. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. Another one week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learn design thinking methods. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.  Customer Overview and Digital Employee Solutions is team that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes! We take care of access management, ensuring the right people have the right permissions, and we oversee HR systems and data governance to keep everything secure and compliant. Our work is all about balancing efficiency, security, and accuracy—making sure employees can do their jobs without a hitch while keeping sensitive information protected. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support development and delivery of solutions according to requirements;
• Contribute to all steps of the Agile development process: analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance;
• Participate in solution integration and deployments;
• Collaborate with team to resolve technical complexities and find best available solutions.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• To be a student in Higher educational institution​;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Fluent in Estonianand English;
• Outgoing & positive team player with can-do attitude;
• Able to manage your time & prioritize;
• Basic understanding of programming languages and software development principles;
• Familiarity with software development tools and platforms in beneficial.
