Youth LAB is a paid international internship program at SEB Bank. You will dedicate ten weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects, including hackathon where you will also discover new ways of collaborative and innovative work between other international students. You will get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship. How great is that?
We develop and maintain the Internet Bank Platform, ensuring that product teams can integrate their solutions smoothly while following shared quality, security, and design standards. We also provide and govern the core platform functionalities that all product teams rely on, enabling a consistent and reliable experience across the entire internet bank.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to our projects with software development tasks (Angular, Java);
• Contributing to our shared Component Library;
• Helping with testing, debugging, and technical documentation.

• To be a student in Higher educational institution;
• Strong interest in software development and readiness to learn our technologies;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Fluent in Estonian and English;
• Outgoing & positive team player with can-do attitude;
• Able to manage your time & prioritize.
