We are an international team, with business analysts and developers located across the Baltic countries.The team works using agile Scrum practices and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the local Credit Origination system. Our backlog includes full‑stack work, ranging from user interface adjustments to backend changes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working within the team following agile Scrum practices
Gaining exposure to the full software development lifecycle
Actively participating in assigned development tasks
Supporting and ensuring successful development and testing activities

To thrive in this role, we believe you:

Are a student in a higher education institution, preferably in the final years of study
Have experience developing in your chosen programming language (through studies or personal projects)
Possess strong communication and teamwork skills
Are an outgoing, positive team player with a can‑do attitude
Are able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
