THE JOB
The Youth & Family Therapist is part of CenterPointe’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) expansion and plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to youth and families. As a clinical member of a multidisciplinary outpatient team, you will provide therapy, complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and respond to crisis situations.
In this role, you will:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth and adolescents
Complete comprehensive assessments, safety plans, and treatment plans within established timelines
Maintain an active caseload while meeting service and documentation expectations
Respond to crisis situations with appropriate clinical intervention
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team
Maintain compliance with agency training, licensure, and documentation standards

QualificationsWHAT YOU HAVE
Required:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience working with persons with co-occurring and complex diagnoses
- A valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record (last 7 years)
- LMHP/LIMHP and LADC licenses in the state of Nebraska (provisional licenses will be considered!)
