
Seasonal Part-time
$20 per hour; 25 hour per week
Responsible for the Youth Employment Program at assigned volunteer work sites. Monitors meaningful work activities at volunteer worksites. May mediate issues between the volunteer site and youth participants as necessary.
· Supervises youth participants at volunteer sites as assigned.
· Ensure cooperation and compliance of all participating participants
· Responsible for monitoring volunteer worksite to ensure agreement with worksite agreement.
· Maintains accurate attendance records of the youth participants
· Provides supervision at volunteer worksites
· Ensure accuracy of youth payroll including time sheets and volunteer worksite supervisor agreement.
· Pickup weekly youth participant timesheets
· Deliver to youth participants biweekly paychecks in accordance with NOI policy.
· Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in education or recreation.
Experience:
Two to Four years experience in education or recreation programs or similar combination of education and experience..
Job Skills:
Excellent oral communication skills Works well with adolescents
Licenses /certifications:
Valid Ct. Driver’s License/Access to privately maintained vehicle
