
$25.00 per hour, 5 hours per week
Seasonal, Non-Union, Non-Exempt position
Responsible for the implementation of the Youth Employment Program, in accordance with funding source guidelines and child labor law regulations. Is a liaison between/among /volunteer worksites, and the youth participants and New Opportunities, Inc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Secures worksites and supervises youth participants
*Ensure cooperation and compliance of all participating volunteer/ worksites and youth participants.
*Responsible for monitoring volunteer sites
*Maintains accurate attendance records and demographic data of the youth participants as required by funders.
*Provides supervision as necessary
*Responsible for tracking payroll records for youth participants.
*Other related duties as assigned.
