About The Role

We are seeking compassionate Youth & Disability Support Workers to support individuals with complex needs, including intellectual disability, trauma, autism and mental health challenges.

You will:

• Support participants with daily routines, personal care and emotional wellbeing.
• Build meaningful relationships through therapeutic conversations and connection.
• Encourage independence, community participation and social engagement.
• Maintain a safe and supportive home environment.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in complex disability or youth support.
• Ability to remain calm, grounded and professional in complex situations.
• Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, First Aid and CPR.

Highly regarded:

• Experience supporting participants with mental health.

• Day: $45.28 |Afternoon: $49.80 |Night: $50.71
• Saturday: $63.39 | Sunday: $81.50 |Public Holiday: $99.61
• Vehicle Allowance: $1.01 per km
