Hours & Schedule: Varies, Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 6:00pm

of Your Role
The YDP Summer Camp-based role plays a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of participants while supporting the growth and development of youth at our outdoor summer camp at Lawson Lake. You will plan and implement recreational activities that promote personal growth and teamwork, supervise and mentor a diverse group of youth, facilitate educational programs, and ensure campers' safety by following Department of Health (DOH) safety plans and BGCCA standards.

Physical Requirements: This job requires extended periods of standing, walking, and engaging in physical activities with children in an outdoor camp setting. The ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, sun, light rain) is necessary. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate uneven terrain.
