The role of Youth Care Worker II offers a unique balance of mentorship, leadership, and hands-on care, ensuring each day is fulfilling and dynamic.

Highlights of the Position:

• Engage directly with foster youth to create a therapeutic environment that fosters growth and learning.
• Play a leadership role within the team by mentoring Youth Care Worker I staff.
• Be a part of meaningful moments such as leading therapeutic activities, teaching routines, and promoting proactive behavior strategies.
• Help youth build self-advocacy skills and work toward their personal goals.

• Passionate about working with youth, especially those with challenging behaviors.
