Our business provides recreational services for children as young as 18 months to adults. We do this through a variety of activities and programming through clinics, leagues, camps, and events. Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for youth and adult league participants. A referee will be responsible for promoting and enforcing safe play, managing games, enforcing indoor-specific soccer rules of play, all while providing a great customer experience of sportsmanship and fair play. Referees need to be professional, great communicators, organized, manage stressful situations and of course customer friendly. Duties & Responsibilities:
