You create safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for younger guests and members while assisting families in fully enjoying their time at Nemacolin. As a Kids Club Coordinator, you guide daily programming, supervise activities, and ensure a welcoming environment where children feel excited, comfortable, and cared for. Through creativity, attentiveness, and strong safety awareness, you assist in delivering experiences that families remember long after their getaway ends.

What You Will Create

• A safe, structured environment where children can participate confidently in supervised activities
• Engaging daily programs that keep children active, creative, and entertained
• Positive guest and member interactions with children and their parents
• Smooth day-to-day operations within the Kids Club environment
• Support for special programs and events coordinated by leadership
• Supervised activities that balance fun, safety, and structure
• Attentive care for assigned children throughout programming
• Friendly assistance for guests, members, and fellow associates
• Basic childcare support aligned with safety standards
• Additional programming support as assigned

• CPR Certification or a willingness to be certified immediately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior childcare or youth programming experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check, including FBI fingerprinting, PA Child Welfare clearance, and PA State Police criminal history check
• Fluency in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours at a time
