About the Role
We are seeking a Young Person Housing Coordinator to support young people aged 18–25 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or require support to maintain stable accommodation.
In this role, you will provide support to young people living within our dispersed accommodation properties, helping them to maintain their tenancy and develop the skills required for independent living. You will also manage a caseload of young people receiving floating support within the community, providing interventions to prevent homelessness, sustain accommodation, and support them to achieve their personal goals.
The role combines both housing management and support responsibilities, ensuring young people receive practical and person centred support needed to move towards greater independence.
You will manage a caseload of young people, working collaboratively with internal teams, housing providers, and external agencies to ensure individuals receive the support they need to maintain safe and secure accommodation. This will involve lone outreach working.
