Location: Based out of Peterlee Health Centre, Bede Way, SR8 1AD
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 37 Hours per week (there may be occasional evening or weekend work required, based on services needs)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £25877.80 - £34,240

We are seeking a passionate and committedYoung People Resilience Worker to support children, young people, and families in reducing the harm caused by substance use across individuals, families, and the wider community.
Working as part of the County Durham Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service, you will deliver high-quality, holistic interventions within a fully integrated service model. This is a community-based role where you will play a vital part in improving outcomes for young people through tailored support, recovery planning, and strong partnership working.
In this role, you’ll provide a range of interventions including assessments, recovery planning, psychosocial interventions (PSIs), and structured support, ensuring each individual receives personalised and effective care.
