The Northeast Texas Region is prayerfully seeking a visionary leader to launch the Young Life One ministry in the Greater Dallas area!Young Life One is a relational based mentoring program that works with local partnering agencies in an effort to love foster, incarcerated, homeless, and trafficked youth holistically, with the love of Christ. We aim to help provide physical needs, while introducing them to Jesus Christ, helping them grow in their faith, providing them with the sense of family, and leading them toward self-sustaining adulthood. This position will exist in partnership with a local children’s and family center.The right candidate will be entrepreneurial and collaborative, with an ability to engage different audiences and partners. The candidate will have an understanding of at-risk youth and a desire to serve kids from hard places in a trauma-informed manner. This person will be highly relational in their ministry and leadership approach.
