Your main responsibilities will include supervising and supporting students during classroom activities and break times, encouraging active participation, and promoting respect and self-awareness among learners. You will also assist teachers in lesson preparation, classroom management, and translation tasks as required, ensuring effective communication and the smooth running of daily operations. In addition, you will play a key part in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment by upholding policies on child protection, equal opportunity, diversity, and health and safety.
We are looking for candidates with excellent written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level) and strong communication abilities in French and Arabic. You should hold a Baccalaureate Certificate, demonstrate good time management, and have experience working as part of a team. A commitment to customer care and a flexible approach to problem-solving are essential. Compulsory training on safeguarding, equity, diversity, inclusion, and health and safety will be provided to successful candidates.
